• How it began - Hudson Restaurant was started and continues to be run by one woman - Tamara Remedios, creator of Get Out Hudson and other local promotions

Basic HRW Info
Hudson Restaurant Week is a bi-annual culinary celebration that promotes Hudson County as a premier dining destination in New Jersey during slow times of the year: January and July. It was created by Get Out Hudson magazine in 2005 through conversations with local restaurants. The event and magazine were created by one young female entrepreneur, Tamara Remedios.
